<p>Manucate liegt im Süden des Sucos Coilate-Letelo. Nördlich befinden sich die Aldeias <a href="Aihatadiu" title="Aihatadiu">Aihatadiu</a> und <a href="Hau-Hei" title="Hau-Hei">Hau-Hei</a>. Im Südwesten grenzt Manucate an den Suco <a href="Samara_(Hatulia)" title="Samara (Hatulia)">Samara</a>, im Westen an den Suco <a href="Hatolia_Vila_(Suco)" title="Hatolia Vila (Suco)">Hatolia Vila</a>, im Süden an die Sucos <a href="Leimea-Sarinbalo" title="Leimea-Sarinbalo">Leimea-Sarinbalo</a> und <a href="Leimea-Craic" title="Leimea-Craic">Leimea-Craic</a>, im Nordosten an den Suco <a href="Coilate-Leten" title="Coilate-Leten">Coilate-Leten</a> und im Osten an das Verwaltungsamt <a href="Ermera_(Verwaltungsamt)" title="Ermera (Verwaltungsamt)">Ermera</a> mit seinem Suco <a href="Hatugau" title="Hatugau">Hatugau</a>.<sup id="cite_ref-AtlasErmera_1-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-AtlasErmera-1"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>1<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Die Ostgrenze bildet der Meipu, die Westgrenze der Motur und der Aiboro, sein Zufluss. An der Südwestspitze fließen die beiden Flüsse zusammen und bilden den Garai, der weiter westlich wiederum in den <a href="Marobo_(Fluss)" title="Marobo (Fluss)">Marobo</a> mündet.<sup id="cite_ref-GIS_3-0" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-GIS-3"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>3<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup>
</p><p>Im Nordosten liegt das Dorf <a href="Manucate_(Ort)" title="Manucate (Ort)">Manucate</a>.
